I loved the spacious room with two sinks, making mornings so much easier! 🤩 The cleanliness was on point, but the fitness area could use better organization.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with very spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness, and a varied breakfast selection. The beds were notably comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the option of having multiple sink areas which made morning routines much easier.
The fitness area could be better organized and is situated in an awkward location.

Perfect spot for a cozy stay!
Had a nice time, the room was big and super clean! The staff were really friendly and quick to help us out. We made it just in time for breakfast, and it wasn’t half bad—definitely filled me up. The only hiccup was the breakfast finishing early, so get there on time to chow down!

Y'all, if you're craving a juicy burger, head over to Outback Steakhouse just a hop away! Plus, the spacious King Suite had plenty of room to stretch out after a fun day exploring Knoxville. The breakfast spread was solid, with a nice blend of hot and cold options to fuel up for the day.

The King Suite was spacious and perfect for a relaxing stay. The proper tub was a nice touch for unwinding. I really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, which added to my chill vibe during the break. Just a heads up, a couple of outlets in the room didn’t work right, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

Great stay! Fast wifi, but the workout room's access through the pool was odd.

This place was a suitable option for a lightning stop in Knoxville with very good value for money. The sheets were always neat, making it feel like home. Just be patient during the 3pm check-in time as it can get busy.

The hotel's staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. However, the neighborhood felt a bit concerning, especially with some homeless individuals around the parking lot. Overall, it served its purpose for a good night's rest.

The best part was the spacious room, perfect for our family with two small kids. Breakfast was a feast with plenty of hot and cold options. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, helping us with our needs and keeping everything neat.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly entertainment.

missingWrote a review on Jun 24comfortable bedsvaried breakfastclean roomnoisy surroundingsdirty pool
Spent 4 nights in the King Suite Non-Smoking. The room had a great layout, super spacious with lots of room to relax. Beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. Housekeeping did a solid job keeping things clean and tidy. Breakfast had a decent spread with both hot and cold items. Enjoyed the variety enough to keep mornings interesting. Location worked well for us, a grocery store just across the parking lot made it easy to grab snacks. Staff were really accommodating, providing extra towels without hesitation. However, the air conditioning unit struggled a bit. room felt warmer than comfortable. The indoor pool could use a good cleaning, as it looked a bit murky. The noise from the train outside was also a little annoying, but manageable. Still, I would consider staying here again for the space and service.
